INGREDIENTS
Chicken thighs
Salt: a sprinkling
Shichimi: 2 teaspoons
Soy Sauce: 1 teaspoon
Sake: 1 teaspoon
PREPARATION
Remove access fat and lightly cut the surface of the chicken.
Sprinkle salt on both sides of chicken and let sit for 5 minutes.
Blend the shichimi, soy sauce, and sake.
Place the chicken on the grill and spread half the blended sauce.
Cook for 7-8 minutes, turn, and spread the remaining half of the sauce.
Grill for another 5 minutes.
Remove from grill, slice, and serve with your favorite side dishes.
