JAPANESE STYLE PEPPERONCINI SPAGHETTI WITH MyFURUSATO ICHIMI



INGREDIENTS

  • Pasta: 100g

  • Ichimi: a sprinkling

  • Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons

  • Garlic: 1 clove (wedge)

  • Salt & pepper: a sprinkling


PREPARATION

  • Boil pasta in salted water

  • Pour olive oil, ichimi, and garlic and heat in a frying pan.

  • When the garlic changes color, pour the boiled pasta into the frying pan, while adding one spoonful of pasta water. Add salt and pepper and stir fry.

  • When the water evaporates, serve on a plate.
