served in broth have been in Japan for over a century though only became widespread after WWII.

of the 20th century! MyFurusato ramen noodles are made with Japanese wheat, double aged to
improve the wheat flavor and enhance the desired chewy texture. They are steps above instant

SAPPORO-STYLE MISO RAMEN

MyFurusato Miso Ramen is inspired by the miso (bean paste) soup found in Sapporo, the capital city in Japan’s northern island Hokkaido, known for its cold winters as well as its deliciously warm miso ramen.

INGREDIENTS

Miso, water, sugar, salt, garlic, vegetable oil, soy sauce, roast garlic powder, yeast extract, flavored oil, sesame paste, corn starch, chili pepper.

HAKODATE-STYLE SHIO RAMEN

MyFurusato Shio Ramen is inspired by the birthplace of shio (salt) ramen, the city of Hakodate in northern Japan. Traditionally made with chicken or seafood broth, our vegan shio ramen soup uses original ingredients such as Welsh onion and various yeast extracts to enhance the umami flavor.

Water, salt, sugar, vegetable oil, garlic, hydrolyzed protein, corn starch, flavored oil, roast garlic powder, onion extract, yeast extract, black pepper.

TOKYO-STYLE SHOYU RAMEN

MyFurusato Shoyu Ramen uses a unique double aged shoyu (soy sauce) from Gunma prefecture just north of Tokyo which gives our soup that rich and delicious soy sauce flavor.

INGREDIENTS

Soy sauce, water, sugar, salt, vegetable oil, corn starch, garlic, flavored oil, vegetable extract, yeast powder, yeast extract, roast onion powder, ginger, kelp extract, white and black pepper.

FUKUOKA-STYLE TONKOTSU RAMEN

MyFurusato Tonkotsu-style Ramen is inspired by the deliciously popular broth called tonkotsu (pork bone). Originally from Japan’s southern island capital Fukuoka, tonkotsu ramen is becoming popular all around the world! Traditionally made with pork bones, our vegan tonkotsu ramen soup is a
wonderful combination of various yeasts, roasted garlic, onion, and pepper.

Water, sugar, salt, soy sauce, powdered palm oil, soybean oil, roast garlic powder, corn starch, yeast extract, flavor, processed garlic, fried onion powder, hydrolyzed protein, modified starch, white pepper, flavor, and chili pepper
