Drawing inspiration from Sapporo’s famed miso (bean paste) soup, Sapporo is the capital of Japan’s northern island Hokkaido, known for its cold winters and the comforting delight of its miso ramen. 

Experience the delicious taste of Tokyo’s renown shoyu (soy sauce) ramen! Our soup is meticulously crafted with premium soy sauce, resulting in a rich and flavorful broth.

Drawing inspiration from the widely popular tonkotsu (pork bone broth) from the capital of Japan’s southern island Kyushu, our vegan tonkotsu ramen soup is a harmonious blend of selected yeasts, roasted garlic, onions, and chili pepper, resulting in a delightfully slightly spicy soup!

Our shio ramen is inspired by the birthplace of shio (salt) ramen, Hakodate city, located by the sea in Hokkaido. It is crafted with carefully chosen ingredients, including Welsh onion and a blend of yeast extracts to enhance the “umami” flavor.
